On the 29th of January, we embark on an 8-day expedition where we will be exploring the depths of ourselves.
Guided by us, our wonderful mentors and friends of the collective this is going to be so special.
Immerse yourself into different styles of breathwork sessions, different styles of music, different voices, different energies - everything you need to bring is openness and curiosity for this adventure.
There is no prior knowledge or experience needed as you will be guided safely from our Spirit of Breath Collective experts.
This is going to be a wonderful and intense week for all of us and we can’t wait to spend this time with you. Together we will unfold the magic of breathing as a collective, healing ourselves and others, diving deep into this real connection.
